3 arrived great, 1 was broken

I ordered the 4 pack as I had 4 different individuals to give Father's Day gifts to, but 1 arrived damaged and broken. I did send an email about it (with the photo) and received no response. I had to scramble for the last gift at the last minute. The other three were great and worked well for my gift.
