We want you to be completely satisfied with your Puck Cups purchase and your overall Puck Cups experience. Products purchased on the Puck Cups.com website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition.

Feel free to contact us at info@puckcups.com for any additional questions on refunds. Please note that products must be in the condition in which they were originally received for us to successfully process your refund. Used items are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All that being said, we will take care of you if there are extenuating circumstances.  Let us know how to make it right, and we'll do everything to do so!
